DAY 1
Theory > 1.5 Hours
- Equipment introduction (kite and stuff)
- Preparation and explication parts of kite and seat harness
- Explanation kite security sistems
- Meteorology and wind conditions on Garda lake
- Self rescue
- Simulation kite piloting
- Wind windows
- Explanation of exercises to be performed in water
Practice > 2 Hours
- Manage an control the kite in the boat with instructor
- Manage and control the kite in the water with instructor supervision
- Body drug (in the water)
- Manage diffrent powers ( Neutral, medium and full power)
- Kite rilance from the water
- Manage the power of kite with power stroke exercise
- Theoretical lessons start every day at 11.00 a.m.
DAY 2
Theory > 1.5 Hours
- Equipment explanation (board, pad’s, straps)
- Management of the kite, board and body together
- How to put the board and manage the kite in the same moment
- Manage and control the kite in the starting phase
- How to make the first starts and the first meters
Practice > 2 Hours
- Standypull
- Piloting and control of the kite with one hand and management of the board with the other
- Board control with the foot and manage the power in the start
- Water starts and first meters
- Try to stop and try to go in both directions
- Self rescue in water

Morning meeting at 7.30 a.m.
Afternoon meeting at 1.00 p.m.

USEFUL INFO
- 2 sessions daily: Morning meeting 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Afternoon meeting 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- On days with no wind during the morning the school will open at 10:30
